Launched in 2015, Coulter Wines may be young by Barossa standards but the label has already garnered much praise, not to mention a few awards.
A minimal intervention range focused on cleanliness and purity, Chris takes the winemaking process very seriously and correctly sensed the need for the label’s branding to reflect his pursuit of quality.
Requesting something ‘catchy, clever and easy to remember’, we set about ordering Chris’s current and upcoming drops into an easily expandable numerical range of C’s. C for Coulter, of course.
Next came the sunny hues and family cameos, adapting photographs of the whole gang to peek out from and contrast with each large C. C4’s Mourvédre and Tempranillo divert from this style, reflecting the experimental nature of these releases.
